I'm fortunate to have a full head of brown healthy hair at 56 however, I've recently begun to get some greys in my sideburns (which i know is perfectly normal - this is not a major concern; I'm lucky). But it now occurs to me that in the next ten years, I am likely at elevated risk to begin losing hair, going grey, and probably having reduced hair health. The fact is, if I am destined to lose it, I'm not particularly interested in doing everything possible to save it; I'm actually perfectly happy to let nature take its course. But if i can just add a peptide to my stack and short circuit that whole process, well i suppose why not. I'd prefer to gp the peptide route, because it's just one more pin. I'd rather not use creams, pills etc. I'd almost rather just go bald. Any recommendations on hair health peptides, to maintain what i have, more than try to regrow what's been lost.

Bonus, if it turns my grey beard back to brown.

Supposedly AHK-Cu (not to be confused with GHK-Cu) is beneficial for hair growth and retention. People make it into a serum and apply it topically, or mix it into Minoxidil. I don't think there have been any human trials. I don't know of anyone who injects it.

If you want to keep your hair, my advice would be Finasteride, 1mg per day. I've been taking it for over 15 years with no undesirable side effects. It's kept my hairline the same since the day I started. I believe that by now my hairline would have receded much further.

I'm also pretty certain that if I'd started a few years earlier, I'd have that much more hair. That being said, if you're still producing children, you don't want your wife to come anywhere near the stuff as it's detrimental to developing embryos.

To keep the grey away, your cheapest option is Just For Men Grey Reducing Shampoo. Yes, it's a dye that looks like grape Kool-Aid as it goes down the drain, but it slowly darkens your hair.

Right now I am applying topical minoxidil to my scalp daily, twice a day, 2.5 to 3 milliliters each time, so it comes out to about 5 to 6 milliliters a day, once in the morning and once at night, and I'm also taking 1.25 mg of finasteride daily. And I have seen insane growth in my hair, shedding has gone down, and it feels thicker and fuller. And just 5 or 6 days ago, I added GHKCU, and I've already seen the skin care benefits come out of it, but I have not seen the hair growth benefits just yet. I may have to stay on it a bit longer. So minoxidil and finasteride arent peptides but i guess if you're specifically looking for a peptide for hair health, you can start with GHKCU.

GHKCu and HHB (NIACINAMIDE 50MG, THIAMINE HCL 50MG, PANTOTHENIC ACID 25MG, CHOLINE 10MG, INOSITOL 10MG, NIACIN 5MG BIOTIN 100MCG, FOLIC ACID 100MCG, RIBOFLAVIN 100MCG)

I use GHK-Cu and noticed that my skin has become much more even-toned and looks better. As for my hair, I really want to try HHB. I know not all sellers carry HHB, but I believe it’s very good.
