Anyone have a good blood work lab they use that is somewhat affordable? My pcp isn't down with quarterly blood tests, to test for the full array that peptide enthusiasts require. It's getting expensive.

I have used discountedlabs.com in the past. Prices appear to have come up quite a bit since I used it.

I use Fitomics, it seems to be very competitive.

@Calm Logic had a side by side with a few comps a while back.

Another vote for Fitomics, although I based that on Calm's postings and their general pricing being "good enough" vs chasing the absolute cheapest price for the given day's testing. I test whatever and whenever I want, plus what I need. I have another blood draw this coming Monday.

I ❤️ good quality data, especially over time.

Someone in here recommended Vitals Vault. They have 3 plans: a $100, a $200, and a $400. I chose the $200 because it offered a few extra tests I wanted over the $100. Obviously the $400 is the most comprehensive, but I'm a cheapskate. You can read about the various plans on their website, and what tests are included.

They did right by me. I went for a blood draw at Quest Diagnostics, a few miles from my house. They took 5 vials of blood painlessly, and 2 ounces of pee. The results started trickling in within a few hours after the test. A week later I had all the results. They give you their own interpretation and action items, but you can also copy/paste your results into an external AI engine that will give you a writeup on things you need to do to improve your numbers.

I will use them again in a few months unless I find something comparable and cheaper.

I also went through Goodlabs.com. Cost wasn't horrible and they tested me for all the things I wanted tested. They had me go to Quest to get the blood drawn and I started getting results later that day.

i did goodlabs and they sent me to some ghetto basement dingy looking pow camp. I'm probably full of infection.

algorx.ai/biomarkers

Labs thru either Labcorp or Quest.

I just got a test through Goodlabs for cheaper than anywhere else I saw. They told SonoraQuest that I had to be fasting though and that's absolutely not required for that test. I was annoyed by that. 😕 Thankfully Quest took my word for it and just noted I wasn't fasting.

I've used ownyourlabs.com in the past. They work directly with LabCorp. You go to a LabCorp faculty for the draw, and use LabCorp for results. I had zero issues with them. Currently, Goodlabs looks like it may be a better option, depending on location availability.
