I've done some reading here and elsewhere and I see people add a little acetic acid when they recon cagri to get the right pH level. Does this also apply to the blends that some vendors sell. In other words, if you have a 5/5 CagriSema blend, would/should you add acetic acid to that as well?

This is the conundrum when taking experimental unapproved medications. I have no definitive answer. From personal experience I was gifted two vials of 10/10 CagriSema. At the time Novo had tacked a further study into their dual chamber administration of the peptides. They added a brief single chamber study which combined the peptides. I took this to mean they were confident it would go well. One could argue I suppose they were instead quickly ruling out pre-blending the peptides. (?)

I reconned my CagriSema with Hospira Bac and didn't test or worry about the pH. Personally I don't think Novo would be as far in testing as they are if Cagri was so sensitive and the pH level of the human body is around 7.35+ anyway. I think the pH might be more of a concern in long term storage.

The problem with the blend is almost nobody uses equal portions of Cagri and Sema. So you may find yourself dosing the blend at the lower peptide dose and supplementing additional of the higher dose peptide. If .5mg Cagri is your dose and your at 2mg Sema you'll be reaching for a Sema vial for the second jab of 1.5mg.

I went through both gifted vials without any issues with all the expected feelz. I've also been taking Cagri supplementally for over a year, first with Tirz and later with Sema in maintenance (freezer clean out... Will eventually return to low dose Tirz and Cagri).

Just my 2¢
