Change to my Reta dosing schedule? Advice needed.

Hey all - new to GLP1 drugs and have not used before. Started Retatrutide about 6 weeks ago and have titrated up to my current regimen which is 1mg every 4th day. So, if i pin on Monday my next injection will be Friday. Been on this dosage and schedule for 3 weeks now.

I've noticed, however, that the day prior to my next pin (Thursday in the above example) my appetite and food 'noise' are starting to escalate. Nothing crazy but I'm a little bothered by it and having a hard time sticking to my diet on these days.

I'd rather not increase my weekly Reta dosage as it's working well for me and I'm steadily losing 1lb/week but am considering moving to an every-3rd-day pin, so, for example pinning on Monday and then Thursday in the above example. I'd also lower my injection from 1mg/shot to .75mg/shot to maintain my overall dosage of about 2mg/week.

Thoughts or feedback on this? Is it unusual for the appetite and 'noise' to return on the 4th day? I thought Reta is supposed to work on a once-a-week injection schedule so kinda surprised by this. Or, is this normal and what other people are experiencing? Thanks!
 
Retatrutyd does not suppress hunger as well as other GLP-1 drugs. Feeling hungry while taking it is normal. However, I feel that it gives us much more control over whether we give in to our hunger and eat or not.

Personally, I was bothered by the uneven effect of Retatrutyd throughout the week, so I take it every 5 days.

are you taking high enough dose?
 
Biorę 2 mg co 5 dni. Nie straciłam apetytu, ale czuję się syta znacznie szybciej. Ćwiczę siłowo 4 razy w tygodniu i powoli tracę na wadze – średnio 0,8 kg tygodniowo. Mam nadzieję, że nie tracę masy mięśniowej, ale że nadal trochę rośnie.

Chciałbym dodać do tego ćwiczenia cardio, ale ze względu na dużą ilość pracy i nauki nie mam na to siły.

Schudłam ze 115 kg do 105 kg. Myślę, że mogłabym zwiększyć dawkę, ale nie chcę tego robić, póki chudnę.
