Cloudy HGH Fragment?

Hi, it is my first time trying HGH Fragment, but after reconstituting it, I find it weird that it is extremely cloudy and full of "chunks".
I am not sure what to do, since I am sure shaking it to help mixing is not recommended.

gh often doesn't dissolve as quickly as others or has a soapy look. But that looks worse than what I'm used to. A bit of shaking isn't an issue, have you let it sit for awhile to see if it dissolves?
