Hi I am new here so not quite sure how this site works. Im also new to the glp1 journey. I've been looking for less expensive options for compound tirzepatide. I'm currently taking 50 units every week from a 30 mg vial and spending 220 on the vial.
Not sure if that's going rate???
I gone to many peptide research sites and found prices to be less expensive but the whole "not for human consumption" worries me. Lol
Why do they say that? Are they safe?
Just new to this whole process and would like to get the best out of it without going in debt. Lol

You're smart to begin with a search for knowledge, rather than just a search for a vendor. Begin at the guide @chmuse wrote up ... there's a lot to learn! https://glp1forum.com/threads/someone-told-you-to-go-grey-and-now-youre-here.2183/

What you've been paying is about 10x what it costs from grey vendors ... but you also need to understand how to choose and buy the required additional supplies.

You should always evaluate risk as you see it, but there are probably tens of thousands of us who are just researching with ourselves as research subjects. And if fact each person responds differently (effect / side effects) to each drug and each dosing regimen. So far so good in terms of truly terrible outcomes, to my knowledge.

Short answer, research is what they say so they don't get sued into oblivion.

50 units of a 30mg vial- how many weeks does that last you? That's how you'd figure out your dose.

I spent $240 ($260 after shipping and fees) for my last 30mg kit (a kit is ten vials, each with 30mg) and that's considered way overpaying.

Even if you're accustomed to doing weird internet stuff, this can be a complex world to figure out.

Once you get away from the totes legit compounded meds you enter a grey world with several tiers.

This is just my own nomenclature -- nothing official. And this tier system is not intended to be an exact quality label.

Tier 1 is Direct from China. You make contact with a vendor over email, Discord, or Telegram. You may have to pay in crypto. A few may take Alipay, which lets you use a credit card. Lowest product cost, high shipping cost, long shipping times. Likely to have the lowest TOTAL cost. You may nor may not get a test report for your product. You may or may not trust any test report you get. Group buys may split testing fees. This can be a good option but it is a lot more work for the buyer. Quality and trustworthiness of these vendors varies a lot. And critically, a key lesson I learned around here is that even a good vendor can stumble.

Tier 2 is US Warehoused. Some of the Chinese vendors will import larger amounts of popular products and ship them from US locations. Costs are higher all around but you get your stuff faster and there's no chance of customs interception.

Tier 3 is made of actual US Businesses. Normal looking web sites, taking normal payment methods! Maybe they're backed by Chinese crime lords, who knows! And the products almost certainly originate in China... But whatever the back-end is, it's a normal USA web shop experience from your POV. Product cost is higher still, and the availability of testing reports vary a lot.

Tier 3a are the sucker shops. A lot of USA vendors simply have prices that are far too high... 1.5x, 2x, 3x, 4x what you could pay elsewhere. It could be great stuff, with a test report. You could get it fast. But you'd kinda be a sucker if you bought anything! Unfortunately these seem to be the easiest shops to find.

Tier 3b are the smart shops. These USA shops simply have much better prices. For example you could get a kit of 10x 30 mg tirz vials at a really nice price like @chmuse cited. With these shops you may want to monitor their Telegram or Discord so you know when stuff gets released, and maybe you can get a nice presale price. Popular stuff can sell out for weeks at a time, or longer, so act fast.

Everything but the sucker shops can be a reasonable choice, depending on your budget, risk tolerance, and interest in testing.

By far the easiest way to get some good stuff, and not get taken for a ride, is to identify a couple of smart shops. You won't be paying the absolute minimum price possible direct from China, but it should be reasonable, and it sure is easy.

On this forum anyway, people will be reluctant to actually recommend a vendor or believe any recommendation because of anti-shill caution. You will need to do some reading and get a sense of which vendors may be good by interpreting our cryptic posts. Maybe you will get some friendly PMs.

Good luck!

This is needing to be cut and pasted all day long everyday or be added to:

Mind if I copy and paste this into a pinned post?

Edit: I see you said it’s okay to repost it, so I did so. It’s now a pinned post in the town square group. Lmk if you would rather it come down

All good my man. Just happy I didn't screw anything up too bad. :)
Thank you for the information. Honestly even this forum site confuses me a bit. (Could be cuz I'm brand new to it) even the terms "vendor" brings confusion. And I'm not entirely sure why everything seems to be secretive but again, I'm new to all of this. Lol
