Curiosity About STG Being Nuked

From what I've read, this isn't the first time that STG has been killed. From what I have read, STG has been taken down before and came back before. Q1: If Telegram has taken STG down before, why would the builder not have a backup of some sort? Q2: If STG was taken down on Telegram before, why would the builders rebuild it on Telegram?

Q2: they like the platform. As you know, platform owners make the rules, so this is bound to happen again.

Stg is no different than 99% of peptide groups who are hosted either on telegram or discord, and are therefore at the mercy of these platforms. Most of them choose to stay on those platforms out of convenience.
