As promised in another thread, posting blood work from an experiential cycle of Test 500 mg/week + NPP 200 mg/week + Primo 300 mg/week + 2iu HGH PM. This is 6 weeks into the cycle so fully saturated. I want my E2 higher and IGF-1 Z score around 3 so adjusting to this: Test 450 mg/week + NPP 250 mg/week + Primo 200 mg/week + 3 IU HGH PM.

Don't do what I am doing, it's reckless. I'll be back to TRT dose in a few months.

That’s a pretty sensible cycle. Not sure why you’re calling that reckless.

The risky part is that this is my first cycle, and I’m trying to dial in E2 as I go. I built the protocol around the lowest effective doses. I don’t think I need levels this high for total or free testosterone for a typical garage gym bro. I could probably cut the dose in half and feel about the same and healthier?!?

Excuse the ignorance, but what is bringing down your estradiol? I personally am on 250mg/week split dose. Total test is 2028ng/dl free test 575.2pg/ml estradiol 118pg/ml. My estradiol is way higher than yours on half the dose. I'm also pretty fat 🤣 but still curious how your estradiol is so low.

The Primo I'm using as an AI. But my e2 was in the 60s on 160mg test only and 80 lbs ago. I felt great at 60 e2. You experiencing any sides at 118?

No one needs a gram of heart-enlarging steroids unless you are in law enforcement or getting prison ready:

Mortality among recreational athletes using AAS is 6–20 fold higher than that of athletes not using AAS, and almost one-third of the deaths can be attributed to cardiovascular disease....

In addition to proatherosclerotic effects, there is comprehensive evidence demonstrating that illicit AAS use induces myocardial changes, leading to impaired systolic and diastolic function in males. Autopsies and studies using echocardiography and cardiac MRI have identified a potential AAS-related cardiomyopathy characterised by left ventricular remodelling or hypertrophy with increased relative wall thickness and/or total ventricular mass, a potential increase of heart chamber dimensions, evident changes of ventricular relaxation and diastolic function, a reduced left ventricular systolic function, and possibly a greater prevalence of cardiac fibrosis.

I have read about primo, didn't realize it acted as an AI. Good information. Curious what's your body fat percent? Mine is high at 33%

19.2 bf% but that is a reading off a "smart" scale. Some say Primo acts like an AI, some say it just masks symptoms . I felt like crap at 12 e2 200T/150P. Hard to argue with an ultrasensitive E2 test, which is more accurate than the basic e2 tests.

My e2 test was the ultra sensitive; also from quest
