I don't think any of the vendors know- and I doubt very seriously the ones who say they will actually will. They may not ship direct for a while, but will likely have stock in US. That may not stop some from trying to profit from this, but others will likely take the increased volume.

However-
If you are asking which vendor made that statement, it is always best to see what they said in the Vendors area of this forum or others

If sry goes away there are dozens of others. I've ordered from four in the last two weeks. You'll be fine.
