It sure looks like lyophilized blue powder so it was probably done by a lab, and there's nothing obviously wrong with it. Does it look like the others? Does it dissolve well in BAC? Does the top pull off cleanly to expose the stopper?
It's unlikely to be another pep, but could be any of the ones with GHK-Cu.
Could be Glow or Klow of most any purity.
If you know where you bought it and the lot, hopefully they gave you a COA and there might even be a 3P test out there for it.
They usually come in 100mg and 50mg weights.
