Dosage for Eptialon/Epithalon

3 total grams Epitalon every 4 months? How did you figure 3 grams? I don't follow?

Just looking into this and saw the 100mcg vs 10mg dose clarification. Many of the current recommendations out there still seem to cite the older 10mg dose. There still seems be a prettyy big divide on this one!

Look into the differences between Epithalamin and Epitalon. The old protocols were for Epithalamin, the precursor, and the new ones use Epitalon. That's what I found in my research, but there is still some debate.

I have and that is exactly the disconnect I see.

Me too. I'm going with the smallest effective dose and 1mg IN I think was effective for me. I'm going to go Sq for the next cycle in 4 months.

That's where I'm left going back and forth 1mg per day or 100mcg per day. 1mg is pointed to for the older studies with the less concentrated alternative. 100mcg seems to be the correct amount for Epitalon based on the updated translation.

If it's actually 10x Epithalamin, 1mg would be appropriate. 100mcg would be 100x. I don't think that dose would be therapeutic for me, but everyone is different.
