When I titrated up to 10 mg a week my eyes started to dry out. It usually came on 2 days after my injection and lasted about a day and a half. I started using lubricant drops and taking preservision twice a day which greatly reduced the dryness. Anyone else experience this?

I was told I was getting old, and using my computer screen too much. Most of my doctors have no clue about Sema/Tirz side effects. Could not scientifically blame Tirz for dry eyes.
Read up on Regenex/RGN-259 (TB4). I am doing Glow protocol. Either TB4 is helping or my body has adapted to Tirz, but no more dry eyes.

Yes I had this for a while for a few days after each injection. Started taking Claritin just in case, and got some eye drops. I’ve since dropped both and the problem has gone away.

Yes.

Watch preservatives - if you find you’re taking more eyedrops per day than the package recommends then you’ll want to find preservative-free drops, they are “single use” small vials. You can re-cap cap the vial with the piece that was torn off and use over a day or three. Just keep it clean and keep your hands clean when reaching for them.

If you’re someone who uses eyeliner along the water line of your eye- “inside” the lash line - this can cause dryness over time as well. The cosmetic can be hard to remove completely and I think it can clog tear ducts if I understand right.

You’ve got to give me details!
I’ve been struggling with chronic dry eyes soon after my LASIK surgery.

As ai have recently gotten into peptides, I’ve been doing research for one that might help. I was JUST about to buy GLOW and try it out.

I will look into Regenex/RGN-259 (TB4).

Do you have any other info? Where do you get TB4?
