How's it going everyone?
I'm from the UK, up north, where house prices are definitely cheaper but salaries are worst! Apparently the people are more friendly up here too!
I joined up to learn more, read more and take in as much knowledge and information of GLP-1s as possible.
I've never tried a GLP-1, in any variation, but my interest is piqued after seeing several people I know use them and change their life. I like my information and news direct from the source, no bias, no hard sell, just you great people, who have the experience and knowledge.
I'm a big fella, although a lot less big than I was a couple of years ago. I'm around 100kg now, I was 181kg just a few short years ago. It took hitting rock bottom to get here, I was deeply unhappy and stuck in a rut, dealing with the loss of my parents and the pressures of being a new parent, I found comfortable in food, as many of us do.
I'm still a foody, I always will be, but I've got better habits now (James Clear's book Atomic Habits changed my life!). Walking and fasting is how I lost the bulk of it, being accountable, I owe myself that much. I'm a big believer in the aggregation of small gains, even miniscule ones
I'm a lot happier now, mentally and physically, probably the best I've been in m my adult life - however I'm not where I want to be, I'm not at my goal weight those scales just aren't budging anymore, not even a lb! Hence my interest in GLP-1s, something that I think I'd like to use to get me over the finish line.
Hope I haven't bored you to tears. I'd been creeping for a while before even making an account and the community in this place seems ace, which is exactly the environment conducive to getting results.
