Epithalon missing dose.

I've missed a dose of Epi yesterday. Busy day, quite tired and completely forgot to take a shot at the evening. I'm running 20day/.5mg protocol. Yesterday was the day 15th. Whether to take a double shot tonight, or do not bother and go the usual dose today, and just extend the cycle to 21 days? What's the better solution?

Out of curiosity where did you find your protocol I was gonna run epi in the next few months but I was planning on 5mgs daily

Last time I ran epi, I forgot a day and I just extended my cycle by an extra day. No clue if that's the right thing or not, but its what I did.

Those higher doses protocols come from the wrong teanslation and regarding different compound

I ran the same protocol Ultima is. Found it on Pep-pedia.

Mine just came in. Ill be starting next week. I also plan on .5 mg for 20 days. I also found it on pep-pedia. Very useful app.
