So tirz 60, ghkcu 100 and tesa 10 kits from ERP...

T60 batch number doesn't match COA.
CU100 kit doesn't have a batch number plus kit has red cap while COA pic shows clear transparent caps.
TSM10 doesn't have a COA on the website.

Whats the purpose of advertising COAs like this if they mean nothing? (vendor says the caps maybe different but contents are as advertised.)

A Vendor does COA's to gain confidence of customers to begin with, after that you need to understand its still grey market, they are not reliable to provide COA's for every kit you purchase, if you want it testing, do the testing yourself or join a group buy, then you may receive discounted purchases depending on the size of the group order.

The purpose of advertising COAs is to sell more product to people that don't know what they are doing. The purpose of 3rd party testing is to actually know what you are getting.
Well said...

Vendor says kits don't have batch numbers written on them (the numbers under the barcode are not batch) and cap colours can be different from the COAs.
No, cap colors are NOT supposed to be different than coa's. Man, i was a supporter and spend a few k with ERP, but they are steadily going downhill, thier telegram ( last i checked ) was full of complaints and i dont look at them as a preferred vendor anymore..

Why? The testing company isn't there to ensure you have a good transaction. They just test the material sent to them.
The batch number from the same tester in this case a large supplier should never be reused for a different product. Pretty easy catch.

I would guess that the picture in the COA is not there for you to see if they match, but for the buyer of the test to see that the tester did in fact test, the bottle that was sent. If you didn’t order the test, it is basically meaningless.
