hi there!
40 something central European checking in here! I recently got back into the gym after a 2 year hiatus (mostly mental health related). been doing a lot of spinning for close to a year and now I'm back in the gym 4x per week.
before and during I got back in shape I experimented with sema and tirz (never went above the initial dose) sourced on DNMs and had great success.
now looking to dip my toes into other peptides for muscle growth, also thinking about giving reta a chance.
btw: the ones that ordered to Europe, did the package arrive and how much did you order?
