What do you think the evolution in strategy for clearweb retailers might be? Creating an index of products hosted by a third party for sites / obfuscation?
Yup. That's the next enforcement mechanism. God forbid people who aren't rich get healthy. They saw through the GLP1-S, GLP1-T, GLP1-R labeling BS. Who would have thought? The twist is that if the vendors sold BAC also, the FDA says that's proof of intent for human consumption. That's new. With Amazon pulling BAC as well, it's looking like a pattern.
That is an excellent observation!!! (BAC = FDA determination of Intent). Seems like a leap as well. They saw through the GLP1-S, GLP1-T, GLP1-R labeling BS. Who would have thought? It's fun to imagine a world where (post the supreme court striking down Chevron deference) the FDA gets severely neutered by losing a court case, but even if that happens pharma has deep enough pockets where a new law would just get passed. Or at least that's what happened when existing copyright law wasn't good enough for the entertainment industry and the DMCA got rolled out. That is an excellent observation!!! (BAC = FDA determination of Intent). Seems like a leap as well.
Oh this can be read by anyone, AFAIK, they just can't post. I read for a couple months before I joined. I mean unless you're volunteering to start paying for the web hosting and other costs to maintain (such that the site doesn't need advertisers), this site is unlikely to "go private." And in that event, there are other more private discussion forums of that sort that already exist and are locked down.I'm not sure if this forum is able to be read without a login, but forums and are only visible by members that have set up a login provides some protection to AI internet scraping
It’s interesting you bring this up. This statement feels increasingly true as time goes on. I was trying to explain this to family while visiting this past weekend. Forget the cost of pharma for a second and just consider the bloodwork/labs being run. The lowest I was able to get down to for mine was around $250. It had the basics:Yup. That's the next enforcement mechanism. God forbid people who aren't rich get healthy.
Meanwhile, the website everyone knows is still doing great, despite alluding to their TG community on their website. So the FDA is still mysterious to me. I guess the BAC water was their major focus this time, as it was mentioned in the other letters as well. Here is a letter a few of the ones received. These ones mostly got into hot water for being both resellers and having SKOOL boards that discussed dosing and protocols...as well as having bac water available on the resell site.

The FDA is going after the low hanging fruit right now. Will that change? Maybe. These vendors got cocky and stopped playing by the RUO rules like they were supposed to be doing all along. The FDA always uses these notices as a way to send a message as much as or more than punishment. The vendors in the US will clean up their act and carry on, but they may be some fined and closed, if they don't clean up their act. The RUO rules just tightened up a bit with the BAC association as well. What do you think the evolution in strategy for clearweb retailers might be? Hoping it doesn't lead to more closures. 🙁
The lowest I was able to get down to for mine was around $250. It had the basics:
-Basic Metabolic, Basic CBC, Standard Lipid Panels
-Basic Thyroid (TSH)
-Hemoglobin A1C
-High sensitivity CRP and RF testing (for inflammation issues)
-PsA testing
-Liver Function Panel
All this was $105, which is palatable. But the bigger deals to me, right now, are the last 2 tests.
-Testosterone Immunoassay
-IGF-1 LC/MS
Those two alone cost $145 together… On sale. Not covered by insurance of course.

Wow! This is incredible! I am 100% going to check it out. I wish I could put a superhero reaction, or A+++ grade you for this, but if this works out, you have made my day! Thank you so much!I don’t know what liver function panel you got and they don’t have a test called rheumatoid factor, but….
Ironically I called Peptide Science the day before they were shutdown to inquire if they sold BAC water as I could not find it listed on their site. The response was no we do not offer BAC. Peptide Science was my secondary supplier of BPC-157 and TB500 and as I looked back at my past orders with them I never had bought BAC from them. I had an order in the cart but was going to research where to buy BAC water. My primary vendor at the time was out of stock. Luckily for me I never placed my order with Peptide Science as they were shutdown the next day.
