Finally took the leap- starting my Reta journey

I finally did it—I ordered a single vial of Reta 6 mg to start microdosing. After a lot of research, I’m hopeful this route can help me lose 10–15 #.
Current stats: 5’6” , 140 #.

Like many moms, I’ve felt the loss of identity that can come with losing autonomy. I’ve always taken pride in my athletic build, but lately I’ve been struggling to maintain the physique I want while juggling life with a two-year-old, a full-time job, and a partner who’s rarely home.

That said, I’m highly active—resistance training four days a week with cardio on top—and I generally eat pretty well. My biggest weakness is definitely sugar 🙃.

My plan is to reconstitute with 1.2 mL of BAC and start with 10 units (0.5 mg) weekly for two weeks, then reassess from there. If needed, titrate to 1mg/week.

This whole process has been both overwhelming and nerve-wracking—but it’s also given me a sense of hope. My biggest concern right now is the potency and safety of the Reta itself, along with getting the best bang for my buck.

If you’ve used Reta for similar goals, I’d love to hear about your experience. What side effects did you notice? Did you titrate up—and if so, how quickly? Any tips or lessons learned would be so appreciated!
