Gatekeepers unite!

I've just been eating better and exercising more 🙂

TBH I'm not interested in discussing my weight or weight loss with anyone I know, other than my partner. Same as with my miraculous exercise plan that I've developed that works for me perfectly.
 
I feel like i got vital information from y’all, so giving back by giving forward seems right. Practically speaking we can’t let us get diluted and exhausted by crazy tiktok folks who aren’t ready to learn, however.
 
I'll happily discuss and help any friends and family that want to start a healthier lifestyle. I'll help them order peps, help with crypto, whatever. I will not give out certain info on public forums because I don't really know who is at the other end of the chat however I will give them pointers to get started on doing their own research.
 
I have no problem helping others at all. In fact I believe it’s part of the journey or can be. This forum is a great place for people to start. I am thankful for all that are willing to share here and give their time and knowledge to the community.

I won’t push any of my views, routines, therapy’s , nutrition, or research on anyone. But if you are genuinely ready for change and ask for my help I am happy to assist.
 
I get why people feel protective of the space. When you’ve been dealing with this stuff for a while, you want conversations to stay useful and not get derailed. At the same time, it’s nice when new folks feel comfortable asking questions without worrying they’re stepping on toes. There’s probably a balance somewhere in the middle.
 
I'm fine keeping my mouth shut. I realize most people are too stupid or lazy to do this right. I don't want to hold hands.
 
i absolutely cannot stand when people gatekeep something from me. i mean i will always figure it out at some point anyway and when i go back like "hey so i know all this this stuff now" they just move on to talking about it like they didnt just try to keep me out of the conversation and want to see if i know something they dont. like mother fucker we could have been on the same page talking about this shit weeks ago and having a good time but you tried to keep me out of it. you didnt need to spend 8 hours giving me a lecture, but just a link to a forum like this would have been all i needed.
 
I feel , gate keeping is good , but not to a point to deny entry , it’s good to give back the community, but again it’s a dark world once the person crosses the gate , it’s always good to lead the person till the gate and let them do there own deep research before they cross it , I have learnt a lot from the community, if we catch numbers , the grey will become huge weather you gate keep or not , as it’s already on TikTok and influencers, but what you or me can contribute is giving back by helping and making new comers learn and set expectations of what’s coming next
 
I told a friend about gray and now we're on this journey together--she sends me money and I place her orders with mine since I've figured out the crypto thing, and she covers any shipping fees. But at the same time, there are many others in my life I'll never tell about gray because they'd be horrified at the "risks" I'm taking and I'd rather just not deal with that.

I also use the app peptide calculator for on the fly dosage stuff.
