GBs have become incredibly popular recently due not only to the price advantages, but also to the guarantee of 3p group testing, which often includes endo and sterility as well. People, including myself, are willing to dish out a large sum of cash, hand it over to a complete stranger, and hope for the best. I think our collective risk tolerance has increased overall as we become more experienced in the grey space. Well, mine did anyway. I'm guilty of having participated in quite a few rather impulsive and random GBs and have been lucky so far, as no one has run off with my crypto.

Then this happened today. The GB owner of a large Telegram group bailed; he was running a GB on a very hot commodity these days: the shellfish GH. He was vouched for by other big names in the GB space. Someone in the group hired a PI to dox this person, who turned out to have a criminal record. Some of my details might be off, as I woke up to thousands of messages in the chat and had a hard time catching up. Luckily, I did not participate, but I know quite a few who did. What a horrible thing to do to people.

Anyway, it’s still developing as we speak, but this has created an interesting demand for PIs in the pep space; there’s apparently a guy who is charging $100 to do background checks on GBOs.

I hope no one here was affected by this GB. Stay safe.

This right here sums up why I never have, and never will, participate in a group buy unless it's with people I know personally in real life. You can't trust anyone on the internet these days, as evidenced by how many impersonators are scamming naive buyers out of thousands of dollars in crypto on a daily basis.

what!! holy fuck!! I've never heard of shellfish GH before had no idea it was that pricey. thank you for posting this. I'm looking into a KPV 50 GB right now
The vendor is called lobster and he's known for his low/no dimer GH. Ever since the GH ban he's been in more demand than ever. Some GBs jumped on this opportunity to try and sell as much as possible while they can. But he ended up increasing his prices as demand skyrocketed and he refused to honor some of the previously agreed prices - it was a big mess.

Make sure you vouch the GB through multiple people and start small if it's your first time buying through this particular GB. I hate seeing people scamming and being scammed like this.

My understanding is that this guy was a popular single vial reseller and his group grew big enough to run his own GB. I believe this was his first big GB..

I don't like the idea of GBs either, but joined 2 to test the waters with small orders since shipping is cheap to trial it. It's ironic bc I thought the pep one would give me issues but we got our COAs back & I might be getting it SOONER than expected whereas my water GB is on pause lmao. Water isn't even in the country it's crazy.

W/the shellfish Gee H GBs, it was silly for ppl to panic buy after the ban on it. I had a feeling things were going to go sideways bc it's similar to the bac water situation.

Shellfish came out to say ppl have to wait bc of "significant delays" which is similar language to some GBs w/ H water GBs. I'm not saying they're going to scam, but I have a feeling these GB organizers/vendors knew to some degree there would be a huge delay and STILL took ppl's orders promising a shorter timeline. Greedy as hell and grimy. Allegedly he even tried to raise prices going back on previous promises?

IF this GB vendor truly scammed people, I speculate the following; the alleged GB vendor may have either has an addiction problem, severe money issues, the need for adrenaline from high risk activities, or all the above. He may have $65K, but he also has to look over his shoulder whenever he is awake.

I heard it was FTF. Message me a link please, I don't have that and can't find it.

and you were right.

Of course they knew.

Yes, he did, with several GBs. It was strange as he honored the price with some and not with others so the same product was being offered at different prices. I didn't understand the confidence as there are still other vendors selling this. Even Tracy is selling it. But they are all increasing prices rn.

They all come with some risk. So does buying from CN directly. As everyone here is aware, there were several Chinese vendors who disappeared with a lot more than $68k (or even the $200k Cassie from TT scammed her customers out of and….and then admitted multiple times she scammed them).

In this world, we pick our poison (and just hope, at worst, it’s the vendor and not the product). GBs fill a need for a lot of people. I have a handful I really like (due to good prices, good communication, good payment options, good testing included, etc.), but I’m selective on which ones I join, and, as someone else said, never spend more than with someone (GB Vendor or CN vendor) than you can afford to lose. I think the people who lost the most were resellers making very large orders, and they don’t deserve to get scammed either, but I think for the average peptide enthusiast, the risk is manageable (or at least no different than the risk from buying directly from CN).

In the end, to each his own, but don’t be blind to the risks with the grey market.

Oh, and don’t doxx and threaten to SWAT (or worse) people. That’s crossing a line.

They’ve already doxed him and posted his California id, photos, addresss and phone number on the gb page.
No one wins, including him...Not good!

Everyone who lost $ just paid tuition for a lesson learned.

Risk management should be a familiar personal responsibility.

I'm waiting on 3 different vendor's currently, 5 GB in total. I'm not opposed to buying more, but with 2 of those 3 vendors it would have to be a unique situation to further increase my outstanding exposure with them. Ironically the third is both my least exposed and the only one that has delivered one of the two buys with them.

Yes, this. Genuinely, why. I will never understand, just for $65k.
Seems like very little profit for a huge risk (losing reputation, getting doxxed and never being able to host a buy again)…Especially because if there’s one thing I’ve learned since getting into this space: peptide people seem to skew on the side of LOVING research! 🕵🏼‍♂️🤣

ummm your details are off. The doxxing didn't happen from a PI. LOL

Well like I said, didn't read everything and details are off. Do your own research, as always. Don't trust anyone, especially not me.

Genuine question. If Someone steals from you. I’m not sure I understand why you shouldn’t expose who they are? Why should they get anonymity to continue being a perpetrator?
I'm not against doxing someone if there is irrefutable evidence. I don't pity criminals, but I'm compassionate towards people around them and I feel like doxing the gf is going overboard and they might have children as well.

don't tell the tale if you're not going to tell it right, lol
