GLOW plus adding more BPC-157

If I am pinning 17 of GHK-Cu-35, TB500-10 and BPC-157-5 (3 ml bac), but need more BPC-157 for a shoulder issue, how much can I pin, of 10mg, on top of what is mixed in the GLOW?
