I Just Joined!
Hi Everybody,
I wanted to just introduce myself and tell my goals and would take any advice. Currently I'm 190lbs. Down from 235 a year ago. The loss so far has been from lifting and calorie deficit. I've seemed to slow down now and also had an injury that isn't allowing me to workout like I was. I'm holding a lot of weight in my midsection and thighs mostly. I'll be starting Reta soon to see if that can help me finish off the stubborn weight. I'm a naturally very thin build which I have put on a lot of weight over so I have the skinny fat look. My goals for Reta is 1mg 4 weeks, 2mg 4 weeks 4 mg 4weeks, 8mg 4 weeks. I will be injecting into my fat rolls in tummy.
Question, should I change the spot of injection each week? Can I switch from stomach to love handle? Does it matter?
