Which one offers the highest reduction in A1C numbers?

Sema?
Cagri?
Tirz?
Reta?

What if one of these and stacked with metformin? Do we get higher reduction with metformin?

You can share your personal experiences or opinions or scientific literature.

In Lilly’s trials, it was shown that combination with metformin led to higher level of weight loss at the two highest doses of tirzepatide. I personally quit taking the metformin after a few months on tirz because the two together put me on a GI rollercoaster. Plus, I could see with a glucose monitor that my blood sugar was under control with the tirz alone. My A1C went from 6.7 to 5.5 in six months with mostly only tirzepatide.

I started adding a small dose of cagri a month ago to help with mid-week hunger. It doesn’t seem to have affected my blood sugar, other than the obvious that I’m eating less.

Do you have a link to that study? I want to read more on the combination of tirz + metformin.

I ran Reta just for a little bit and saw no appreciable difference compared to Tirz (if anything, Tirz was more "reliable" but my test period was too short to be considered scientific)... so back to Tirz I went..

My A1C prior to starting any treatment was 5.6%
Now after sema, tirz and recently reta Im done to 5.2%
I am still not happy. I want to reach 4.2% if I can help it …
Recently started metformin (prescribed by GP) to try and lower my A1C further …

My personal opinion the one that I think reduces a1C the most would be reta.

Reta did wonders for my blood cholesterol while the two others did absolutely nothing!
