I have been getting my trz from a compound pharmacy. They compound it with glycine. The combination has been working so well I dont want to change anything. Now that I use Grey trz I would like to find a source for injectable glycine. Does anybody have any suggestions?

The pharmacy more than likely has been compounding the Tirz with Glycine to make it a different product and trying to get around the patent on the Tirz. Glycine has a really good oral bioavailability so injection isn't necessary for good utilization, unless you are administering via IV drip.

Ok, I did see some powder on Amazon. I will order that if I can't find any. Thanks

Most allergy professional products come in glycerine for injection. It is also used in oral immunotherapy drops due to its sweet flavor. The injection form is sterile of course but usually sold in 100ml bottles with 20-25 bottles per case. Do not use powdered form! Also be aware that glycerine concentration above 10% hurt like hell that is why allergists and vets dilute to a 5-7% solution. Major extract vendors include Greer, ALK America and HollisterStier Allergy in the USA/Europe. other smaller vendors may sell at lower quantities.

Hold on. I am not a chemist but glycine is not glycerine.
true but glycine is an amino acid and this would not play a part in GLP-1 production. they probably just throw it in to get around FDA regulation claiming it was unique. whereas glycerine serves to inhibit fungus and bacterial growth. I still would recommend not adding glycine powder meant for oral absorption as this would unlikely to be sterile.

There are lots of reasons I want to continue taking glycine. It is needed for the body to make glutathione, creatine, collagen. Studies indicate it helps with sleep and weight loss. When I started taking it with tirz I was on the max Ozempic dose and was not losing any weight. I had no energy and had other glp-1 side effects. With Trz/glycine my energy was back I started losing weight again with no side effects. It might just be the trz or a placebo effect but I feel so good I don't want to change anything.
