Got a package in 8 days from China!

I live in the US. Ordered from MKM on March 2nd. It was on my doorstep on March 10th.

This is the second little trial run I've done with them. Both times were about $500 orders and both times zero issues.

Kind of annoying that they post nonstop but also wanted to try just see if I could add a new resource into the rotation.

I used Cassie both times and she was great. They got a pretty big selection with a couple things I've been wanting to try.

Worth trying if looking for certain items. I say they are good to go.

Are you east coast broskie? Put an order in with chp today. Following a dozen vendors on tg and a lot have folks keep mentioning packs never clearing customs and or being kicked back to china the last month or so...Plenty saying got my reship today or my reship is enroute. May be why all the domestic warehouses only have odds and ends.... good for you my man.

I've used them twice with no issues. And so quick during this weird shipping time is impressive. Hopefully they don't shit the bed after I give them a shout out.

I also ordered from MKM thru Anny.
I placed the order on March 23rd 2026. I received my order in the mail on April 1st 2026.
Smooth transition with good communication.

I'm having a problem with my 2nd order with MKM.

Before I start this review, I should mention that my first order with MKM as delivered in about 10 days from payment to receiving the product. the second order is turning out to be a bit of a hassle.

Here is the chronological facts:

Order placed with Anny / [email protected] and payment sent on May 1st 2026.

Order confirmed by MKM and picture of order sent on May 3rd 2026.

Order confirmed shipped and tracking number provided May 8th 2026.

Suddenly New tracking number provided May 15th 2026.

I noticed no movement on the tracking number for 3 days and reached out to MKM and NO RESPONSE May 18th 2026.

No movement on tracking number over a week and a half. I reached out to MKM and NO RESPONSE May 25th 2026.

I seem to be unable to get a response back from the MKM sales associate Anny. Below are screen shots of my messages with the MKM sales associate. I'm not sure what my next move is.

Hopefully deliveries from China are getting back to normal (for some value of "normal") after the disruption. My Uther order placed on 5/18 is scheduled for delivery today. It arrived at my local post office yesterday, but didn't make the final leg of the journey due to the holiday.

My recent order from MKM on April 12, it took 9 days to get a tracking number and then nothing happened for 31 days. The tracking number was UPS - HongKong. I asked a number of times for information, only twice did she say, I don’t know why the tracking hasn’t updated. UPS tracking simply said, we are waiting to receive the package.
When UPS finally did receive the package, it only took 10 days to get here. All items received in good order.
You know, eventually.

so I KNOW for sure that my stuff came from China. But my best friend forever sent it from some warehouse in NJ, barely an hour away from my city!

UPDATE: I got a response from Anny WITH MKM. They are contacting the shipping company to see what is happening.
