Tirz and Tesa/Ipa BPC right now. I’ve heard I should go Tirz only until I’m closer to goal weight… and I’ve also heard people have great results with my current stack even at heavy weight.
I prefer lifting to cardio… listen to podcasts and sell industrial goods.
