Hey everyone,
Just getting started here so I figured I’d introduce myself. I’m on a weight loss journey right now and learning more about all of this along the way. Still figuring things out but I’m excited to be here and connect with people who get it.
I’ve tried a bunch of things over the years with different results. This time around I’m really trying to focus on doing it in a way that feels healthy and grounded. I’ve been reading through the posts and already learning a lot.
Hoping to stay consistent and maybe drop around 20 pounds if I can. More than anything I just want to feel better in my body and keep moving in a good direction.
