Hello world. I've been obese my whole life. I've always been highly active, but I just love food too much. Now that I track food, it appears the main reason is because I get too much fat in my diet. I recently acquired some Reta to help me lose about 60. Im 6'2" 260. Im 50 and haven't been below 200 since high school. Luckily, ng blood pressure and A1C is on point. Im here to practice this much safer. I'm still on week 1 with a 1mg every 3m5d schedule.
