MY Review and experience with this vendor as promised

I would have posted this in the Vendor Review Section, but I still dont have the ability to post in that section, so I'm putting it here for everyone.
I tested them out and I held off reporting back because I thought It was more important to see how things went with more than one order.
I also did not want to influence anyone with the basic, YAY I got my order, they are very helpful basic post.
As of today, I have received two orders from them now.
I wasn't going to play guinea pig anymore than this.
I will tell you all the good and the bad, no fluff, just my honest opinion.
First order - 4kits

I made contact and asked a lot of questions.
I tried to be very detailed and took screen shots all along the way.
So getting to it, the night I placed this order, I asked about what I wanted to be sure they had it and I was told if I ordered right now that I would have my order in 2-5 days.
I wound up spending 5 1/2 hours just to pay them! I felt like they should have just been sending me the stuff free at end I was so sick of it.
I was pretty cautious with them, and I was not going to send all the money at once.
I told them I am going to do a test send to be sure you get it.
First time the money I sent, they couldn't find it.
They wanted me to send again, and using another method.
I sent again and the second time the money was lost again.
I was annoyed and starting to think something is not right with them.
Hours are going by, and its running to early morning and I havent slept trying to get this done.
They push me to send a third time. I told them that after this, if you say you didnt get it, then we are done.
This time they got it. OK so I sent all the money and made them reconfirm my shipping info and my order. I was supposed to have tracking later that night so with that I went to sleep.
I was given a credit due to the money they I said they coudlnt find.
Now the next set of problem started. That night, I was contacted and they said sorry they are out of stock of what I ordered. I was pissed off. I just said you told me you had the stuff, you said I would have it in 2-5 days, I spend 5 1/2 hours to pay you and now after I give you money, im told sorry its out of stock. I felt lied to and like they just said what they needed to say to get the money. Finally what wound up happening was I had to swap my order to lower dose vials to get my order. I wanted to see them ship and not delay with this first test order.
So i started trying to order Oct9, and it wound up running into oct10th to finish paying since it took so many hours trying to get the payment done. The order showed up Oct 20. Not the promised 2-5 days obviously.
Second Order: 11 kits

So here comes the next test with a bigger order.
I was hoping this time they learned a bit, and things would go smoother.
I had been checking daily to see if what I ordered the first time was back in stock as I was told it would be in few days, but that turned into over a week.
One night I get messaged and Im told they just got notice they have it back in stock.
Ok so I write out my next order right away and have it all calculated and detailed for them I didnt want to give them any chance to say out of stock again like last time so I was trying to rush and be fast.
I got a message back telling me one of the products I wanted is out of stock LOL
Im like ok how about this, they say yes, I write it out again, but this time I didnt calculate it all
This is where the next problem came. I shouldnt have rushed to pay and trust them.
I realized I wasnt given a discount and actually paid about 60 dollars more than what I should have. I got into it with them and told I felt cheated. I didnt feel like going in circles and just had it in my head, better to just move on and remember this. Personally I think they should have just made the customer happy. It was such a small amount of money compared to the size orders I would be placing. I tried to just say ok, maybe honest misunderstanding, but I was not happy about that, and to be honest Im still not happy about it.
So now that I have sent money again, now I started getting told things I dont wanna hear.
The rep started almost preparing me for my order to not be in stock, saying keep in mind they fill in order received, etc. I was not happy again. Im like you message me tell me this stuff is in stock now, have me pay again and then start this stuff all over again. Once again, they are not making a happy customer out of me with this. I felt like they just say what they need to get you to send and then it changes after.
So now this order was put in on Oct 19 or 20th and showed up today Oct 29.
All there and nothing damaged. but once again obviously they were not keeping shipping time promises of 2-5 days.
Things I observed:

I noticed a lot of people in their community having issues and most of it from their promises of shipping times. They obviously cant ship in the time frames they were promising people
The other thing I noticed is that I wasnt the only that had placed orders for items they were told were in stock and then told its out of stock after they paid.
I believe they over extended themselves and just simply did not have a good system in place for the amount of orders they received. They also did not have inventory and good communication with their warehouse.
The Good Stuff:

I spent a lot of time obviously talking with my rep. I was asked for suggestions, and I made a very long detailed list of observations and suggestions.
I would say about an hour or two after I what I sent them, they began making posts using suggestions I had made to them so it seems they want to improve and fix things.
I told them to hire more staff for example and it was stated they were going to be doing this. Another example I went over their lack of COA'S and they posted saying they are sending out 28 products for testing and they will have results for customers soon. I told them to change their shipping promises and gave them some advice on that as well, and it was changed as well.
I could go on but the point is, it appears they are making effort.
Next good thing I can say is that they seem to be legit as of writing this at least.
My orders were received, it just was far from a pleasant and smooth experience.

They seem to have some issues with their system, but also appear to be working on it.
They do come through. The shipping department needs work. Not consistent.
Right now seems to be 2-4 days or more to get tracking, and then it could be another 4-5 days or more before the shipper actually gets the package.
Some of their prices are kind of up there, i spoke with them about this, and hope they adjust some of these products prices to be more competitive with other vendors. Even if they do offer various discounts, I can still get a lot of things at a better price from other reliable vendors. Personally I use multiple vendors because of better pricing on certain things. It would be nice to have a one stop place to shop. Maybe that will be them in time. I spoke with them about this as well.
So would I suggest you use them? I cant answer that question. You can take in what I had to say and make up your own mind and decide if you think its worth it or not.
it could be a stressful experience or it could be a pleasant one. Right now til things get ironed out, it could go either way. Consistency isnt there yet.
Would I use them again? Yes I will use them again, but I think at this time with all that they need to iron out, I think i will hold off for a little bit before I order again
