Just thought I'd share since there we'll have newbies entering soon with resolutions to keep.

I didn't start until May when I was at 205lbs. I'm 5'4 and 50 and most of my fat was in my stomach area and a lot of viseral (very bad considering my family's heart history). Kept hearing about Tz and a few friends used it. So I started with a weight loss clinic that offered compound Tz since I wouldn't be able to get insurance approval (BCBST doesn't cover Zepbound and my A1C was not high). Anyway, before I started I found a video series called "Ozempic done Right" by Tyna Moore. This truly opened my eyes to GLP1's and the world of peptides! The key for me is I needed the help to loose the weight but don't want to regress when I did hit my goal. I had lost the same 15lbs over and over through the years. What she preaches made sense! Go low and slow with dosage. Focus on protein! and Strength train! So I found a trainer that has a 6:00 am small group that met MWF which was perfect for my schedule. I am not good at working out at home by myself and prefer a group setting. When I started working out with the group I could barely complete full sets and my core strength was non-existent. Wow has this changed (I can hold a 2 minute plank, next goal is pull-ups). Also, now, I make sure to eat at least 100g protein daily. I no longer drink soda's daily, and don't crave junk food. I also tend to fast 16:8 or 18:6. On strength days I make sure to add in electrolytes to help keep hydrated and MOTS-c. I started with 1.25.mg dosage for two weeks, 2.5mg for another two and then stayed on 5mg for 4 months before going to 7.5 which I'm at now.

Found this group when I went looking for something more affordable than the weight loss compound clinic and after the June/July EL crackdown with US suppliers. Thankful for the knowledge and research this site provides! I'm currently at 150 lbs and maybe another 10-15 to go to meet my goal weight.

Here are a few before, during and almost current photos:

Crazy progress, congrats! You look like a new person. Impressive work on the strength training too, it makes such a huge difference.
