Has anyone heard of BLOW?

A friend recommended that I could use BLOW as a way to combat fatigue/boost energy. It appeals to me because I hate needles and he said you take it IN. His source seems kinda shady though, and doesn’t sell in bulk, only small baggies- so I was looking for it from various familiar vendors but none of them have heard of it. Maybe a blend built of GLOW or KLOW stacks?? In any respect, this RT fatigue is drowning me so I’m up to try anything for energy.
