Has anyone listened to the Boundless: Upgrade your Brain, Optimize... Book by Ben Greenfield

I find it strange that by Chapter 6 every new clinical test he takes finds more and more problems with him. But by this chapter he has already taken every peptide, nootropic, supplement.... yet each new test sounds like he is riddled with medical issues. So, I guess this is a sign he is full of BS or is very unlucky and knocking on death's door.

I can't say I learned anything valuable yet. 14+ chapters to go, not sure if I will make it.
