Has anyone seen success with any peptides for hair growth?

I know about GLOW and some of the peptides involved help with skin care. But I'm curious if anyone can chime in with their research that really saw decent hair growth and what was used?

Are you trying to regrow hair like from baldness or someone trying to have luscious locks?

I'm following with great interest. My hair is becoming so fine and thin. I think it might be due to having Lupus. It makes me sad.

No luck for male pattern baldness 3 months in GHK-CU + 1 month GLOW + minoxidil topical
I think three months is about halfway to the point where someone can start to see improvements. I did a vial of GHK–Cu, subq, concurrently with topical for facial skin/hair loss due to 50+lb loss on Tirz. I took a several week break as per best practice because - hey, we’re putting metals in our body here. And I will start my second vial today. My plan was to go for six months before expecting anything for hair growth. Topically to firm skin – I’m so happy I will never give it up and have already dropped my Botox. I’m using the Anela protocol.

I haven't tried it yet, but I have some AHK-cu on the way that I plan to mix into a hair density serum along with some GHK-cu, following Anela's protocol for hair growth. I'm also doing GLOW but haven't been at it long enough to see any hair growth, it a process that takes time for sure.

Have you tried getting a Dr. Pen for at home microneedling and then applying your GHK-Cu topical right after?

There’s also evidence topical rosemary oil has similar efficacy as minoxidil. I made an at home spray that you could use overnight:

1.5 oz aloe vera

1.5 oz witch hazel

.5 T camellia oil

.5 T grape seed oil

30 drops rosemary oil

15 drops peppermint oil

Here is the rosemary oil study. It WAS open source on Google Scholar. Now only showing the abstract. https://scholar.google.com/scholar_...2#d=gs_qabs&t=1731957223398&u=#p=1va_5OUp-OIJ

No peptide suggestions but solutions depend on gender a bit. For example oral hair loss medication doesn’t really control where hair grows. Finasteride is probably what you want or a combo of finasteride and minoxidil as finasteride targets the main reasons for male pattern baldness. Microneedling also helps supposedly, I’ve seen most benefit when people are trying to fill out their beards with minoxidil and microneedling though.

I am thinking of trying the GHK-Cu, but what is it that you are using topically? The GHK-Cu? How so? Can you tell me where to find the protocol? My hair is starting to thin and I'm anxious to catch it before it's too noticeable. I'm graduating in May (at 47!) and really don't want to look like this guy in my pics :(

I am a devotee of the “Anela Protocol.” SubQ GHK-Cu with BPC-157. Then buying the topical quality GHK-Cu with hyaluronic (drugstore quality) acid (never use Vitamin C, they will neutralize each other). For hair, she recommends buying those $10 micro needlers to get it into the scalp. “Anela” used to be available on Reddit but as compound was threatened over time she took more and more time away. She is a student of Dr. Seeds.

Good luck! And more importantly, congratulations on your graduation! I too was a nontraditional student for my law school days . . . So. I know how awful it can get.
