I’m Jonathan, and I’m excited to join this community. I was an athlete in high school and college, but over time, I've noticed that much of my muscle has turned to fat. Covid lockdown seems to have accelerated this for me. This led me to explore GLP-1 medications as part of my effort to regain control of my health and fitness.

I’m particularly interested in hearing about others' experiences with GLP-1 for weight management and how it has helped them on their journey. I’m looking forward to learning from and connecting with all of you.

Sub-Q jabs with 5/16" 31gauge needles are nothing at all to be angsty about.
Once it slides so easily in you'll be amused you ever admitted worrying about it. TRUTH.

Certainly subQ's with modern needles are nothing like the discomfort that sometimes occurred having an intramuscular injection in the old days.

I am glad to know Im not the only one who suspect muscles turn rather fast into fat!!! ... myself went from (anabolic) steroids a few years ago to slimming peptides now...

@milos a musclehead? Who would have imagined THAT?
My journey in bodybuilding was kinda the opposite milos
- turning FAT into MUSCLE
and yes, THEN I turned it into FAT again :D

I wasn't exactly bodybuilder, I just like to cheat!!!
but yeah the speed of muscle turning into fat is incredible

Welcome to the club, dawg. Lots of friendly people here on a similar journey.
I started T late March at 230 lb. Usual weight around 200 for the last 20 yrs. Goal weight 190. Already passed that and sitting here at 185. Doing fairly heavy weights and 150 min of cardio per week to compliment the T. It's truly transformational. I wish you great success!
