Hi all!
Call me Bibson, I'm 24m, 240 pounds, 5ft8. Living in the Midwest.
I have struggled with obesity my entire life - the amount of times I've gone up and down the scale by 30-40 pounds is impressive. Last year I was down to my lowest since age 16, 200 pounds. Evidently, I wasn't able to keep that up.
GLPs seem to be the obvious choice for helping solve chronic obesity - I am an active bodybuilder (the 240 pounds is luckily not as bad as it seems) and do quite a lot of cardio, I just tend to out-eat the calories I burn. Really looking forward to learning more about this exciting tech, and already loving how orderly everything is on this forum.
I tend to be more of a lurker, but once I feel more confident in my knowledge of the subject in the coming months, I'll try to be helpful to others joining in the journey! And perhaps will give updates on my own personal experience.
