I Just Joined!
Salutations all you lovely people! I’d like to introduce myself, I’m a 43 year old woman who discovered this world about a year ago, after researching and trying to learn as much as I could I recently pulled the trigger and discovered a “life cheat code” for myself. I feel fantastic now, the gym is fun again, the sun feels happier if that’s possible, I wake up everyday ready to get after it. I’m chasing wellness and I’ve almost got it in my grasp.
