Excited to be a part of this forum of like-minded people. I've struggled with weight my entire life and was on Sema for about 6 months last year and found very positive results. Unfortuntely without health insurance I've been unable to continue this journey. But, I'm hoping by being on here that I can learn tips and tricks from others to remain healthy and stay in a positive mindset for my health and wellness journey. I'm excited to learn more and get to know everyone!
