I Just Joined!
My wife and I have both had weight loss surgery. Hera was a couple of years ago, mine this year. She stalled after losing 100 lbs and hasn't been able to lose anymore, even though she has a reduced calorie diet, and works out 5 times a week. My parents recently started taking Retatrutide, and they suggested to her that she could try it. After the first week, she was down almost 6 lbs. After looking more into it, I may start taking ones to help with my healing and recovery. I don't bounce back nearly as much as I did 20 years ago. Hopefully I can get an idea of what would be best for me, and her.
