Hey everyone.
Just wanted to say “hi”
For some time now I have been hearing about peptides this and that and it piqued my interest.
I am a few months in on a project with my RS.
So it’s true and effective and my dog has responded well to a popular peptide. Now I would like to learn more about where things are going with the subject and join the community

Welcome Lag. You will find on this forum we are not only able to discuss individual peps and experiences but encourage details for everyone's knowledge. We'd prefer for you to share which peptide you used, the dosage and perhaps even where you got it over a vague statement.

Love to hear your experience, especially regarding your dog. :) 🐶

Good morning Makelta.
I got a kit of Tirzepatide from an on line store connected to a bodybuilding site. I am at the lowest recommended dose of 2.5 and in a month and a half I have dropped 25 lb. I have an active job and also make sure to put in the extra work in the evenings with cardio and strength training.
I am rebounding from two injuries that involved surgery and subsequent weight gain from inactivity.
The Tirz has helped me loose most all the weight already by helping me create healthier dietary boundaries. It has been quite amazing how quickly this has happened. My wife is slowly following along at a more reserved pace.

You have done very well! Your wife's pace is probably closer to the norm. Have you looked into BPC-157 and TB-500 (really TB4)? Those peps are supposed to be good for tissue healing.

Pretty soon you can figure out how to maintain, which is a whole new challenge I hear. I am not there yet. ;)

Yes. Those are two of the next highest on my radar.
Most likely another surgery in Jan so I am looking to them.

I think I can maintain with a good diet and regular exercise. I have been in a pretty sweet spot for a number of years before the injuries and weight gain. The Triz just got me down on lbs. wasaaay
faster like 4X’s faster. After I hit my goal weight I will head slowly in the other direction of more calories and strength traininng more aggressively. I get tapped out on energy on Triz because extremely low carb keto diet. Excited to see what comes next. Maybe I just enjoy being very lean for a while???? It is sure nice to have a whole other backup wardrobe stashed away from the earlier times. I have just started getting to be able to use quite of that agian now.
