Hi all Long time reader but never posted before now, I haven’t started on anything yet but I’m looking to start reta.

I started back at the gym this year after time off with an injury and at the moment i’m 85kg 175cm tall this is the heaviest i’ve ever been and the worst i’ve ever looked so Im very keen to get started and learn from all you guys!

I have enjoyed Reta thus far. Upping to 6mg tomorrow and hoping that feeling doesn’t change!
