Hello from UK.
I'm here for researching GLP1s and mainly Reta. I'm not massively obese, but do want to lose a fair bit of weight, but also interested in other benefits too (inflammation reduction etc).
Won't post much here as I know it's not really the place for discussions or questions, but essentially..
- had a few health issues (diverticulitis - had surgery for that... unruptured brain aneurysm that's being monitored (so keen on stuff like GHK-CU as elastin and collagen are key to arterial wall strength etc) - but also means avoiding anything that can increase blood pressure.
Anyway, that's me! Here to learn about how peptides can:
- lower body fat % -
not so interested in weight, more body composition, reduce visceral fat, increase muscle mass... but avoiding HGH, test etc as these have been linked to aneurysm growth and rupture! So natty in terms of no high or test, but...
- lowering inflammation
- Improving collagen and elastin with ghk-cu (amongst others like bpc and tb)
I'll be combining with lifestyle stuff (v low carb higher fat & protein, exercise, weights, movement in general, sleep optimisation and maybe red light stuff).
Anyway, that's all folks.
