Hi all,

Started on Sema in Nov 2024 and have had amazing results so far. Down 60 lbs so far and feeling so much better. I started researching more and more about glp1s and came across this community. So far it's great to read others experiences and the vast knowledge on here.

Hey there! Just joined myself. Glad to hear you're having such success with sema! A lot of folks seem to struggle with it.

I used reta and lost a bunch (story in my intro). All I can say is thank goodness for GLP1s!

Yes tried to lose weight without a GLP1 a few times with barely any results so the vicious cycle of trying to lose weight then giving would continue. Luckily I now keep losing weight consistently and keep up healthy habits and don't get defeated
