I Just Joined!
I am a 53 y/o male, 5’11” currently 209 lbs. I lift heavy 3x week and run 2-3x a week. I am also on TRT for the last 2 years and that helped tremendously with my sleep and energy levels. But I was still heavier than I wanted to be. I started using compounded Semi in MAR 24 through OCT 24 and got down to 197, and subsequently rebounded to 210 where I have been holding. I wanna try Reta to get lean. Shooting for 10-12% BF. I may even try some TES along with the RETA. I’m hoping to learn more about everyone’s experiences, dosing, and the do’s and don’ts.
