I Just Joined!
Hi! I am 70 and have been slowing gaining weight since my 40's. widowed twice and gained each time. High weight 209. I tried Sema a fe months ago and couldn't tolerate the gastric issues. Found Triz in April and am doing well. I had dinner with friends tonight and one friend said, has she lost weight, she looks good. Down 25 from188. I am really looking forward to talking about this with others on the same journey without judgement.
