I Just Joined!
Hey just came across this forum and signed up. Interested in learning more and information up to finding this forum wasn't very avalible.
A general intro for me: Male 6'2, 262. I've always been overweight, I've lost a good amount of weight twice but can never keep it off and everything I've tried recently isn't working well. Currently not heaviest I've ever been but I can't seem to make much progress. Eatting well and maintaining a calorie deficit, 15 to 20k steps a day. Haven't got a great gym schedual but i try to be active most days.
I've never had insurance and have no prexisting conditions so I'm mainly interested in giving GLP-1's a go in a way that is affordable.
I've got a lot of research to go but this place seems like a wealth of information 😀!
