Here is an article comparing the different weight loss medicines

I'm not making an argument. And I'm definitely not wasting any more time on you.

Keep doing what ever you want. I was never trying to stop you.
You made a strong statement about how the way a good portion of the users of retatrutide are doing it wrong without providing any evidence. I'm not sure how you think that's not making an argument.

If this was a private conversation, I'd shrug, wonder why someone believed that, and ignore it because I don't really care. In a public setting where people are looking at these posts for advice and understanding, I am going to ask people to provide evidence for strong claims.

You can bother to respond, or not. I also don't really care.

I stopped 6mg of tirz and switched to 2.5mg of reta. 3 weeks of 2.5, then 4, and I'm still on 6mg. I didn't start losing weight on reta until my last week of 4mg.

I only lost a couple pounds in that time but much better body comp over all

A lot of people also dose too frequently with reta. It really does work better weekly.
Tell me more about how you shouldn’t pin more frequently because I just switched from once a week to every three days.

I thought the same and stopped losing weight when I dropped the tirz. Everyone’s different though. So many people said they dropped weight super fast in Reta, I’m a bit disappointed
Edit I had great appetite suppression on 8mg Reta when I was not shitting my guts out. The suppression tapered off around day 5. Again, everyone’s different. 🤷‍♂️
How long have you been on reta? I didn't lose weight until 2 months in after switching from tirz

That's probably why, give it another month.
I tossed some tirz down on it and started losing again. I’m in 4mg Reta twice a week to avoid the GI upset side effects. Another couple weeks I’ll go up to 6 2x and drop the tirz again and see how it goes. Maybe. I really don’t like stacking the two though

I was very worried first when I stopped tirz for reta, cuz my appetite was back with a revenge.

I gained a couple of pounds back during those two months and had to work harder on myself to stay in control.

I can tell you however it paid out, I'm at 5mg once a week at the moment. I started from 1.5mg and increased by 1.5mg every month.

It takes time to build up in your system, one month especially with a GLP tolerance isn't enough time.

Its been a month since I stopped taking tirz and only Reta. I’ve been on Reta since like early November but stacked with tirz. I read a lot of user experiences that indicated they lost better on just Reta so I dropped the tirz around dec 10 or so

Something occurred to me today. Obviously I can’t scientifically prove anything but I have a theory.

When users start tirz a common complaint is frequent urination.

We know that tirz reduces inflammation. Along with that could reasonably be a diuretic effect.

After the tirz stabilized in my system the frequent urination ceased.

When I stopped tirz I stopped losing weight. When I added a small dose of tirz back, I lost weight immediately but also started super frequent urination again. I suspect it will continue a few doses. Maybe that’s just me. Everyone is different

My theory is when the tirz tapered off in my system I started retaining water for whatever reason at a rate nearly equal to the rate of weight loss.

I suspect this is related to inflammation but I really wouldn’t know.

Very possible, I noticed the same thing

wait, really? I wonder if this is the same for reta. I went up in dose on reta a few weeks back and I can drink nothing in a day and still pee like 8 times. It's out of control!

I have been on both. I made it up to 7.5 of the tirz. I am only on 4 of the reta and have lost about the same as the tirz. I did not have to go up much with the reta though thankfully because i had my guts coming out as well LOL. I did hit a 4 week stall on the reta. I changed injection site from stomach to arm and that kicked it in gear again. I dropped almost 3 lbs this week.

3lbs in a week is extreme unless you are still VERY overweight. Otherwise, you'll fair better long term if you slow down a little.

I still have over 80 lbs to lose. I was averaging about 2 lbs a week. Then I hit a stall for about 4 weeks. Im not sure if it was the sight change or what but my stall broke.

It sounds like you're doing fine then. Stalls are normal too, especially for women around their cycles.
I actually only go up maybe 1 or 2 lbs around that time. I am down a total of 94 lbs. 60 of it was when i started reta. It has been a game changer for me. I couldn't believe how good I started to feel. I have lost weight before but never felt like it made much of a difference in my inflammation levels. This really helped with that.
