I’m here mostly to learn. I’m new to GLP-1s and I’ve been following the space recently mainly out of curiosity, but also because I’m exploring options to improve body composition, metabolic health, and long-term sustainability. I’ve read a little about Tirzepatide and Retatrutide and I’m trying to understand the differences, the real risks, and what responsible use looks like in practice. Appreciate the structure and intent behind this place, and I’m looking forward to learning from the experience of others here.
