Been lurking here for a little while now and greatly appreciate all of the insights and information here. Started compounded Tirz in Dec after years of yo-yo weight loss via various diets and “weight loss plans”. Never heard of or realized how loud the food noise was until it was gone. Anyway, when compounding went away in March ish I started looking at grey. I’ve learned so much already, but am eager to learn more. I’ve lost most of what I wanted to lose, now hoping to maintain and do some body recomp.

Great so far! Very few side effects, thankfully, but that’s likely due to being able to stay at a low dose and still have results.

I wish I had stayed low.... I was titrating up quickly bc i didn't know any better! So glad you are having good results and not many side effects!
