Hey everyone!

I found this place after starting my own research a few months ago! I've been creeping here and there, but I was nervous to join bc I don't like rude people, and the internet has a whole slew of them...(also, I'm not great at using tech even though I'm a millenial)

I pretty much have had "issues" (more of an obsession) with my weight since I was in the 4th grade... looking back I wasn't overweight like I was told (thanks mom)... just short (5'0), and once I hit puberty, curvy. I struggled for years... trying to do every diet and program out there... no matter what I did, I steadily gained 10 lbs every single year. I saw all the docs, had all the bloodwork, and I was always borderline but within normal limits. I knew my body was working against me but no one could figure out what was going on. After I hit 220, i gave up comepletely. Then i got pregnant and gained 90lbs...I almost stroked 3 different times during labor and developed post partum pre-eclampsia. I was in excruciating pain sleeping, walking, and sitting due to the weight...I was 311 at my heaviest. A year and a half ago I moved back to my hometown. Last July, I saw my old doc. He told me I should try tirz... I sat on the rx for 6 months. I did research and talked to people who had used it. I had lost 20 lbs from July to December and decided to give it a try. It kicked in after 2 weeks... I'm down 50 lbs now, and I feel the best I ever have! I have energy like never before, my pain is gone, and I am the happiest I've been in a long time! I look forward to learning lots and maybe making some friends! Anyways, thanks for reading my rant! I hope all you beautiful people have a wonderful rest of your weekend! Be kind to everyone, especially yourself!

I love that you have found something that is working you!
It is such a great feeling to be headed to the destination instead of driving in circles.

Have a safe journey and be sure to save all that left over snack money for a new wardrobe, you are going to need it!

Welcome!

Thank you!!! It's changed my entire outlook! I am anxiously awaiting buying new clothes, and to be honest, getting out of plus sized clothing. Not because of the stigma attached, but because they are more expensive and they never fit properly. Have a great day!
