Boomer here (64) need to lose more than 100#
Started with a telemed on Tirzepatide. He was good to move me up slowly. Offered no real help but I wanted the med clearance and info at the beginning.
I am 5’8” always healthy but started to have structural issues. Had a knee replacement 2 years ago and it has been a godsend! Now really want to take the weight off to preserve the other knee. No blood sugar issues, I am a health care professional and have always eaten pretty healthy, avoid sugar, avoid processed carbs and sodas, etc…
I have really appreciated learning more about Peptides in general, and also started taking BPC 157 to repair some of the damage throughout my body.
Currently on 7mg
SW: 260
CW: 221.1
GW: 155 - I think!
